I am so so nervous right now. Tomorrow we are sending in our info to pre-qualify for a home loan. Since we are still in our lease and we don't have a house picked out it is not that big of a deal, but I am just scared that they will say that we only qualify for something like 100k. I am hoping for about 200k because that would keep our mortgage payment right where our rent payment is and we can buy a good size house for that. Even 150K wouldn't be too bad. We shall see how we measure up by Monday at the latest. Wish us luck!
