I got my blood work back yesterday and what do you know it said that I have pancreatitis! My aunts friend had pancreatitis and was in the hospital for a week. To think I was at work and the doctor did give me pain meds when I should have been in the hospital! Good thing it’s getting better. I would have been furious if I was in more pain and she did nothing and just said that hopefully I got better quick and gave me prilosec. Good thing they didn’t keep me in the hospital because I don’t really have the money to pay for it, but I tell you, I would have loved to had food, fluids, and drugs through IV cuz it hurt so bad to get either through my mouth. I hope this is a one time thing because that was the worst pain of my life. My back pain was not as bad compared to that. I can’t see contractions being much worse. The rest I’m sure hurts a lot worse, but I am pretty good with pain and I was rolling around and vocally crying out in pain. If I never have this again I will die a happy woman. I am just hoping that it is acute and not on going.
