Goings ons
I absolutely despise the new business unit I switched to!!! They moved me this morning. I now sit by 3 of the most annoying people. This morning they were talking about an audit we got and I had mistakes on it so we had to do a 100% audit of that day. I told my team lead that I was taught the correct way I just made a mistake. I would bet that it was one of the first days I was processing. The team lead comes over and asks the lady that trained me if she trained me correctly on this one problem. When she says yes then my team lead says “oh well she didn’t get it.” It’s not that I didn’t get it. There are a gazillion things to remember and a gazillion things that can make the process different for the whole check request. Not to mention that the girls training me have had to look over my work and approve it before I complete it. Why aren’t they getting blamed for not looking at everything or letting that go through. We went over some stuff generally and I can’t be expected to have remembered everything the first time. That is why there were people auditing my work. There is just too much stuff to remember and too many ways to do things. I didn’t want to come to this business unit. I was fine where I was. I don’t want to hate my job. I won’t be staying all that long since I am in school, but 2 years is too long to hate my job. If it keeps up this way I will just talk to my team lead and see what I can do.

Jayson finally got his check for his car. We went this weekend and he got a 2006 dark silver Infiniti G35 coupe. It only had 35k miles on it and it is in excellent condition. We think the previous owner had a bra on it because the front of the car is perfect. They kept very good care of it. This is the first big, long contract purchase that Jayson and I have done together. My credit is up to 680 now so they were going to put the car fully in my name, but I don’t make enough. I could only get approved for 16k which was 4k short of the price of the car. They added Jayson to the contract for his pay, but that made the APR go up. His credit score went way down for some reason. He had a dispute on there so he got that cleared up. We have to pay a Quest bill from a long time ago. I don’t know why we didn’t pay it in the first place but we will take care of it. His credit should then go up. We plan on buying a house when our lease is up in 2010. He said by that time we should be married so our incomes will be together so we shouldn’t have a problem. His credit will go back up too. Mine will go up and he should catch up to me.

The dogs are getting better. Well Cody is always good for the most part so I should say Jack is getting better. Although Cody did bite Jack too hard when he pinned him down when they were playing. They are getting along better now. They are playing instead of fighting. Jack only peed in the house once yesterday and the day before. At least last night he peed on the tile. Both nights was when I was making dinner. I am not able to watch him as closely so he thinks it’s his chance. Tonight when I make dinner maybe I will put him in his kennel so he can’t pee. I know that he’s just a puppy, but I sure hope that he starts behaving. He doesn’t take to Cody’s signs when he’s annoyed with him. I read that we need to allow Cody to bear his teeth and growl when Jack is trying to take his food or spot since Cody is the dominant dog. Jack likes to patronize him though. When Cody is eating he goes and pushes him out of the way. He was taking Cody’s bone from him, but he is noticing that he is not supposed to do that. So, he waits until Cody leaves it and then goes to take it. What a dog! I just hope he will learn. I am thinking that I will probably enroll us in a puppy training course once he is up to date on his shots. I think he’ll be fine. He is only 3 months right now.
